Deidre Waters continues to harass me
Deidre Waters continues to harass me and spread lies and rumors.
She is going in Central Park and telling people I put out poison to kill her dog Elie. The very dog I used to take care of when she was out of town. Amazingly because of the
restraining order she can do this with impunity. Because if I go to Central Park to refute her lies she can have me arrested. First Amendment protection it seems does not apply to people if they have a restraining order against them.

I'm a female. I'm a teacher, with no criminal record, so is my friend, who is also female, a nurse. A man we had been inovlved with got bogus restraining orders against us 2 months ago. These tro's were obtained by this man and his clients, fabricating accounts of harassment and physical abuse. In our case, the judge ordered mutual no contact orders. It's unbelievable that such injustice and abuse of the legal system is so accessible, especial since our petitioner isn't even an American citize.
