It seems in the US or at least NYC males have very few rights when accused by a female. All the police wanted to know whether I touched her or not. They did not care
or wanted to hear if it was in self defense or not. They did not care that at the moment I pushed her off me she had me pinned against the wall and was breaking my stuff.

The lesson when attacked by a woman let her beat you hit you whatever. Even if you have to go to the hospital it will cost you less than if you dare raise your hand to defend yourself.

Sadly, I am now a very jaded person who does not trust the police they are lazy, neither do I trust the legal system anymore. We always hear about innocent people being convicted and we feel shocked. But till it happens to you, you do not really know how it feels. (Of course my case is nothing compared to those who have been falsely accused of more serious crimes)

Being nice helped others, will be hard from now on. After helping Deidre Waters with her dog, taking care of Elie when she was away, fixing her computer, helping her with her disputes with the landlord, and even loaning her money when she needed it, she stabbed me in the back when she an opportunity. Had me arrested and convicted on trumped up charges, knowing full well the court system is very biased when it come to issues of order of protection . Why she saw a chance to improve her living condition and did not care that it would destroy someone who has helped her in the past. And being a nice guy not wanting to play dirty she knew she could get away with it. And if you read my blog you will she has done this before. And my guess is she will do it again when the opportunity will arise
